Historic Trinity Church is one of the most prestigious locations the studio has had the honor of working on. Actually the third church on the site, it is known as the first neogothic church in the country. Designed by noted Church architect Richard Upjohn it was consecrated in 1848. The windows I have had the pleasure of restoring include many designed by Upjohn himself. We are responsible for the design and fabrication of what is known as the holy light window, which contains a rosette by Robert Lennox. >>>

St. Peter's Church

Our  work includes the restoration on the National Historic Landmark Upjohn Reredos Window, which is 30 ft. tall and towers over the alter. This window required the extensive touch up of cold paint originally applied to the window. The restoration also included the repair of cracked pieces by infusing them with an optical quality epoxy. We have upgraded the original installation system in many areas. A large challenge was the painting of replacements necessary for the various repairs. In this we had to mimic the unique painting style of the original artisan.
