Saint Peter's Church has been an account of the studio since the late 1980's These windows were produced by Meyer and Co. in 1908. This was at a time when the studio had offices in Munich and New York.  The firm would fabricate every panel in Germany and ship them via steamer to the states. There was no tariff on importing these religious articles, so they were widely used. >>>

Trinity Church
St. James Church

St. Peter's church contains the entire life of Christ throughout the twenty some odd windows. The painting on these windows is absolutely breathtaking. One of the hardest jobs was the removal and repair of the Apse window. This window, directly behind the alter routinely withstands 100 mile an hour winds off New York Harbor. We had to do all our exterior work off a Six story cherry picker.
